Advanced Project Finance Debt Modeling

Course Content

If you have done other project finance modeling courses, this is your opportunity to dive deeper into practical debt structuring and analysis.

This advanced debt course builds on our project finance modeling courses covering topics such as blended DSCR debt sizing, leverage constraints, P90 sweeps, junior debt, refinancings, and multi-tranche debt.

This course can be tailored to your organization based on your typical term sheets. Alternatively, you can join a live instructor-led class or purchase the course online. If buying the course online, you can purchase the complete course, or just individual topics/chapters.

We have extended our live stream course so students can complete more modeling and have an opportunity to add these more complex structures into a project finance model (the only way you learn is by doing).  Students have to add macros into the cumulative models to deal with circularities.

The model students will develop is enhanced, with more instruction and support. The additional homework provides more opportunity for feedback and the longer sessions enable more Q&A, which is required for advanced topics.

We believe this course, combined with our project finance core courses, will be the most comprehensive project finance modeling course available.
Vanilla project finance debt is complicated enough. Once you get to the more sophisticated structures, it just get’s harder. And nobody has been there to teach you until now!

Our new Advanced Project Finance Debt course is available as a livestream course and will be online next month

If you don’t want the full online course, you can buy individual modules, or several modules. These explain the concepts, but don’t come with the pre-course work or quarterly versions of the models that combine the learnings from modules.

Our online Leveraged Constraints Module is available now register below or contact [email protected] for more information.
