What are your cancellation policies?

Cancellation Policy for Public Courses

  • 4+ weeks before the course: Full refund*
  • 1–4 weeks before the course: 50% refund
  • Less than 1 week before the course: No refund

*Refunds are less any merchant fees incurred on payment.

Cancellation Policy for Online courses

Cancellation for online courses is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to [email protected]. We will assess if another course is suitable for you and organise a transfer if you are eligible.

Cancellation Policy for Subscriptions:

Cancellations at any stage during the active subscription period are permitted.  No refunds are eligible for subscriptions that have rolled over.
