Date Centers New Online Course, a Free resourceWe are busy, creating new sub-sector courses. One such course is on Data Centers. The first (and free) version of this course will be released online this year. This course will include an overview of what data centers are, types of data centers, an overview of revenue structures, operating costs, and capital costs. We also discuss whether Data Centers are infrastructure or real estate. This free version won’t include models, but if you have completed one of our project finance modeling courses, you will be in a good place to figure it out. The free course will be available to everyone for a period of 2 months. During that time, we will produce some more detailed lessons and a financial model which will be included in the paid version of the course. The paid course will be an add-on to our project finance modeling courses. in a similar way to how our mining / critical minerals and battery courses are structured. If you have ideas for topics, mini-courses, or anything else, please login to your learning platform and add your thoughts in the Pivotal180 Alumni communities board. |
