Half Way Around The Sun With Pivotal180
For those who have not already heard from me, my name is Stacey and I work at Pivotal180 in client support, you may find me replying to your queries or helping you register for our training or just providing friendly assistance to any training needs.
Moving over to Pivotal180 from an almost decade long career in Residential Lending and Personal Banking was one of the biggest and most rewarding choices I have made in my career.
Six months ago, if someone had uttered the abbreviations “WAAC, HLBV, PTC, CADS, DSCR” to me, they would have been met with a dumbstruck moment of silence followed by a frantic panic to find Google.
Today, I am still very amateur and don’t have all the answers, but what I DO have is access to some of the best minds in the industry at my fingertips! (slowly closes the Google tab)
Now that I have been here for 6 months, I wanted to share with you 3 discoveries about this wonderful company that you may not be aware of.
Distance is no boundary to success. Pivotal180 colleagues are scattered across the globe, our home bases span across USA, Mexico and Australia, but, at any given point the team could be in countries across Europe, Africa, The Pacific and Americas. Time zones, distance and accents don’t get in the way. The Pivotal180 team is united in a common goal. To create, deliver and be the best in the Project Finance and Renewable energy industry.
Leading by Excellence. If you have been fortunate enough to take one of our courses, you would have seen and met one of our Founders, Haydn Palliser. Haydn is meticulous in ensuring that he provides you with the most up to date and well-structured lessons, he reads all feedback, and your success is a measurement for his success! Our co- founder Alison Leckie must have discovered a never-ending energy source. Alison will work tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure that everything is running smoothly and that all our world class content is readily available to all current and prospective students. Mostly everyone who has dealt with Pivotal180 would have met Alison in some capacity, she is incredibly hard working and task driven.
Our Job is never done. The Team will always strive to meet our next goal or milestone. In the short 6 months I have been here we have put so much effort into new projects. To name a couple, we launched our communities page 3 months ago, a safe space for all our alumni to ask questions, learn about upcoming events and courses or just to have a chat in general. Our new Mining and Critical minerals course is now available, the logistics involved in creating, editing, filming and structuring a new course is beyond the workload I could have ever imagined, if you haven’t already checkout a sample HERE. We are so excited for 2025 and we will always strive to be better and do more!
